At GambleFree, your privacy and anonymity are our top priorities. We understand the sensitive nature of gambling recovery and have designed our platform with privacy at its core.
When you create an account, we collect your email address and encrypted password.
We store your streak data, journal entries, achievements, and calming session logs. This data is linked to your account and never shared.
Conversations with our AI coach are processed through Azure OpenAI. These conversations are stored in your session and can be cleared at any time.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption. We use Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure you can only access your own data. Your journal entries and AI conversations are encrypted at rest.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your recovery journey is yours alone. The only exception is if required by law enforcement with a valid court order.
The GambleFree Chrome Extension analyzes page content locally on your device. We do not track, store, or transmit your browsing history. ML classification happens in real-time without sending page content to our servers.
